1. Agreement to these terms

By downloading, installing or using Statics, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who can use Statics

You may use Statics only if you are old enough to have a VALORANT account under Riot's rules (at least 13, or the higher minimum age in your country) and are able to enter a binding agreement. By using the app you confirm that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with Riot Games' Terms of Service.

3. About Statics

Statics is a free, ad-free, fan-made companion app that displays your VALORANT stats, store, loadout and live- game information, and provides optional community features. It is an independent project and is not an official Riot Games product. Statics only reads your account data through Riot's official Riot Sign-On (RSO); it is not a cheat, an in-game overlay, or a tool that provides any competitive advantage.

4. Your Riot account

You sign in through Riot's official login, and Statics never sees your password. You are responsible for keeping your Riot credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Risk acknowledgement. Riot's general position is that third-party applications may carry some risk. While Statics uses official sign-on and was approved for RSO use during development, we cannot guarantee how Riot will treat third-party apps in future. You use Statics with your Riot account at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any action Riot may take in relation to your account.

5. Licence to use the app

Subject to these Terms, you're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Statics for your own, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the app except where the law expressly permits;
• use the app to break Riot Games' Terms of Service or any applicable law;
• abuse, overload, scrape or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or its back-end services;
• redistribute or resell the app or its content as your own.

6. Community & acceptable use

Statics includes community features such as chat, a "looking for game" board and public profiles. When using these, you agree not to post or share content that:

• is harassing, hateful, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise abusive;
• is sexually explicit, or harmful or inappropriate to minors;
• is spam, a scam, or advertising unrelated to the community;
• impersonates another person, or infringes anyone's rights;
• is illegal, or promotes cheating, account-selling or other rule-breaking.

We may moderate, remove content, or suspend or restrict access to community features to keep the community safe.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create in the app (such as messages, posts and profile information). By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store and display that content for the purpose of operating the community features. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

8. Intellectual property

VALORANT, its logos, characters, imagery and related assets are the property of Riot Games, Inc. and are used here only to provide the companion features described. All other content in Statics — including its name, design, code and branding — belongs to the developer or its respective owners, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Statics may also incorporate open-source components under their own licences.

9. Third-party services

Statics relies on third-party services including Riot Games, Google Firebase and Google Drive, HenrikDev, tracker.gg, valorant-api.com, GitHub and Discord. We don't control these services and aren't responsible for their availability, content or practices. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. No warranty

Statics is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or that it will always be available. Game data is provided by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Statics, including any action taken by Riot Games in relation to your account. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Suspension & termination

You can stop using Statics at any time by logging out and uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the app or its community features — with or without notice — if you breach these Terms or if we need to for legal, security or operational reasons. We may also discontinue the app or any of its features at any time.

13. Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. When we change the Terms we'll update the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may be announced in the app or on our Discord. Continued use of Statics after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory local consumer-protection laws in your country of residence say otherwise.
